About Me…
I am Jaden
Raised in the mountains of North Vancouver, I am a settler of European descent living on the unceded, ancestral, traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) and səl̓ílwətaʔɬ /Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. I completed my training as a yoga therapist in 2020, as part of my passion for guiding others to uncover their well-being through mindfulness and embodiment practices.
An above-knee amputee following an accident in 2023, I have conviction that although we may face adversities in life, we also have a remarkable capacity to heal if equipped with the right conditions, tools, and care.
It is with great honour and reverence for yoga’s roots, and respect for each individual whom I work with, that I impart it to others. I am grateful to my many teachers, ancient and new, who have shared their wisdom and wealth of understanding with me.
